Pasticceria Marisa
The signature of a sweet family history. Since 1911, Pasticceria Marisa has grown to represent a point of reference in the national pastry scene, thanks to obtaining prestigious awards from Gambero Rosso and a bronze medal at the Pastry World Cup in Lyon in 2013.
The project for Pasticceria Marisa saw us involved in the creation of a new identity and a new website, the management of brand communication through every single touchpoint, and the creation of a new sustainable packaging.
Cacao Crush Favini contains 40% post-consumer recycled content: in particular, it saves from landfill the residues from cocoa bean husks – an ingredient that is never missing in Marisa’s laboratories – and from citrus fruits, grapes, cherries, lavender, corn, olives, coffee, kiwi, hazelnuts and almonds. The sustainability of Pasticceria Marisa’s new packaging does not only concern the material used, but also the design: thanks to extensive research in the field of papermaking, we have optimised the use of printing foils to reduce packaging waste by 30%; finally, the choice to print with water-based varnishes finalises a product that fully respects the principles of reducing the impact on the environment.
